The Dark Knight

I’ve seen ‘The Dark Knight’ twice now, once in Imax down in Orlando and again at a local theater in Ohio. There’s no doubt that it’s an amazing movie and most of the world already knows this. It’s probably also pretty obvious of me to state that Imax was way more epic and awesome, but it’s still a great movie no matter where you see it.

It’s pretty awesome to watching the movie and seeing all these places that you walk through almost every day. I spend most of my living life in Chicago and being as that is where they placed Gotham City this time it was fun to recognize places while enjoying the movie. It’s also crazy to think that all these famous people were all over the city while I was there and I never saw any of them. In fact, my friends and I tried to get down and see them shooting some stuff a few times, but found no more than the lighting and sound crew and some trailers.

I don’t see any reason to go into details about why this movie is awesome because so many people have already seen it that it seems like it would be kind of pointless. If you haven’t seen it, get out and do it right now. It is pretty much the best Batman movie ever made. Although I’m still partial to how awesome of a Joker Jack Nicholson played so many years ago, this movie is on a different level and I’m not sure they are directly comparable.

You won’t regret seeing this movie if you haven’t already. If you have, you won’t regret seeing it again I’m sure because it’s definitely that awesome.
